Frances “Faye” Hoover, 74, of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away Monday, September 23, 2024, at Medical Center Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on November 18, 1949, in Slick Rock, Kentucky to the late George William Burris and Annie Lee Sexton Burris. Frances spent countless years serving her community as a caregiver. Frances loved spending time with her family, friends, and her fur babies. In her free time, she loved going to concerts and watching UK play.
She is survived by her two children, Tammy Pedigo and Chris Hoover (Stephanie); grandson, Nicolas Hanson (McKenna): great grandchild, Kenneth Hanson; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Dickie Hoover; daughter-in-law, Judy Pedigo; siblings, Georgia Firkins, James Burris, Herman Burris, and Cecil Burris.
The funeral services for Frances will be held at 4:00 PM, Friday, September 27, 2024, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Friday, September 27, 2024, starting at 10:00 AM until time for the service at the funeral home.
