A recent session of the Barren County Grand Jury has returned the following indictments:
Included on a single indictment are 53 year old Loren Dale Huddleston and 52 year old Terry G. Huddleston, both of Glasgow. Both were indicted on Trafficking In A Controlled Substance and Persistent Felony Offender. Loren will face additional counts of Drug Paraphernalia, DUI, No License, Careless Driving and No/Expired Registration Plates. Terry will face one count of Possession Of Marijuana. Barren County Deputy Joseph Ford testified in the case.
33 year old Cornelius Jermaine Maxey, of Glasgow, was indicted on six counts: Possession Of A Controlled Substance, Possession Of Synthetic Drugs, Prescription Controlled Substance Not In Proper Container, DUI, One Headlamp and No Tail Lamps.
22 year old Matta Hope Nelson, of Glasgow, was indicted on two counts: Tampering With Physical Evidence and Possession Of Synthetic Drugs. Glasgow Police Officer Jonathan Clark testified in the case.
32 year old John Richard Evans, of Hiseville, was indicted on three counts: Possession Of A Controlled Substance, Criminal Trespass and Drug Paraphernalia. Barren County Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Morgan testified in the case.
44 year old Christopher Starr Thurman, of Glasgow, was indicted on two counts: Possession Of Synthetic Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. Glasgow Police Officer Wesley Hicks testified.
All the above individuals were allowed to remain on a current bond.
An indictment is an accusation only and all individuals should be considered as innocent until, and unless, proven guilty in a court of law.
