William G. McDonald, Colonel U.S.A.F retired, age 92 of Lexington passed away Saturday, July 16, 2011 at St. Joe Hospice Center in Lexington. He was a Hart County native, born January 21, 1919, and was a Mason.

Colonel McDonald was preceded in death by his parents, Gobel and Viola Hedgepeth McDonald and his first wife, Sadye McKinney McDonald.

Survivors Include wife: Lois Evans McDonald.
