A pretrial hearing for a south-central Kentucky woman accused of killing a pregnant woman and taking her baby has been delayed until November.

Prosecutors and attorneys for 33-year-old Kathy Michelle Coy of Morgantown filed an agreed order today (Thursday) delaying the next court hearing in the case until November 21st. Coy had been scheduled for a pretrial hearing on Monday.

Coy has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest and kidnapping.

The remains of 21-year-old Jamie Stice were found in Warren County on April 14th, less than a day after she was last seen leaving her home with Coy. A detective has said that Coy was arrested after showing up at the Bowling Green Medical Center with a newborn baby but no sign of having given birth.
