The Barren County Fiscal Court met yesterday afternoon at 5 o’clock at the Barren County Government Center. The Court had a public hearing before voting on an ordinance relating to the abatement of nuisances, creating liens and establishing criminal and civil liability of property owners who do not maintain their property.
