| LOCAL STUDENTS INVOLVED IN WKU HABITAT CHAPTER EVENTS |

Members of the Western Kentucky University Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter will be participating in two upcoming Habitat events -- the 2011 Youth Leadership Conference and the Carter Work Project. Nine members of the campus chapter will travel to Indianapolis this weekend (Nov. 4-6) for the Youth Leadership Conference. They are Noah Onkst of Erlanger, chapter president; April August of Nashville, Tenn., chapter vice president; Allison Emmert of Glasgow; Elizabeth Ebelhar of Owensboro; Renae Meek of Villa Hills; Jessica King of Glasgow; Brittany Steadman of Falmouth; Adam Wilck of Franklin, Tenn.; and Bryan Reaka, chapter advisor. Chapter member Patrick T. Brown, a mathematics instructor at the WKU-Glasgow campus, will be traveling to Haiti next week for the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project. Rodney Goodman, executive director of Bowling Green/Warren County Habitat for Humanity, also will be participating in the Carter Work Project.
