Maurice Cunningham ChismMaurice Cunningham Chism, 89, of Bowling Green, formerly of Glasgow, died Tuesday, November 08,2011 at her home.  Born in Barren County, she was the daughter of the late Asbury and Letha Cunningham and was the wife of the late Rev. Richard Chism. 

Mrs. Chism was a seamstress and an employee of the former Gene’s Dress Shop in Glasgow.  She was a member of the Fairview Memorial Missionary Baptist Church in Bowling Green.

Survivors include her daughter: Judith Grimm and husband Jim of Bowling Green; 2 granddaughters: Katherine Giles and husband Scott of Smyrna, TN and Sarah Grimm of Nashville; 2 great grandchildren: Kaelyn and Keaton Giles and a niece: Jo Cunningham and husband Martin Hugg of Arlington, VA.  

Two brothers: Sam and Leon Cunningham preceded her in death. 

Funeral services for Maurice Cunningham Chism will be 1:00 PM Saturday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Friday from 4pm until 8pm.
