Hoyt H. Lindsey age 81 of Bowling Green died Sunday, November 20, 2011 at his home.  He was a retired US Air Force Master Sgt; a former employee of the Kentucky Highway Department and a member of Big Reedy Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife Vada Simpson Lindsey; two daughters Betty James and husband Tom of Bowling Green and Beverly Prince of Nashville; a son, Kenneth Miller and wife Linda of Elizabethtown; three brothers Alfred and Donald Lindsey both of Roundhill and Tuck Lindsey of North Carolina; two sisters Vida Tomes and Jeanetta Harvison both of Louisville.  Five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also surviving. 

He was preceded in death by his parents William Pearlie Lindsey and Emma Bolton Lindsey; a sister Marjorie Lindsey and two brothers Essie and Darwin Lindsey.

Funeral services for Hoyt H. Lindsey will be held at 1pm Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Gravil Funeral Home with burial in the Big Reedy Cemetery.  Visitation from 4 to 8pm Tuesday and after 9 Wednesday morning.
