Lance Hendrix Donahue, 76, of Scottsville, Ky died at 3:00 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2012 at the Cal Turner Extended Care Facility.  The Jefferson, South Carolina native was a a retired line installer, a former employee of T.V.A., a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a Baptist.  He was a son of the late William Jesse Donahue and Ivy Melton Donahue.

He is survived by his wife: Willena Martin Donahue, Scottsville, Ky; 1 son: Shane Donahue and wife, Karen, Lucas, Ky; 2 daughters: Shawn Carter and wife, Chris and Shalon Taylor and husband, Kelly, all of Glasgow, Ky; 1 brother: Bill Donahue and wife, Ruth, Pageland, S.C.; 3 sisters: Jamie Melton, Lancaster, S.C.; Fay Ruth Knight and husband, Alex, Gretna, Va and Gay Nell Laird, Pageland, S.C.; 3 grandchildren: Jordan Carter and wife, Tiffany; Joel Carter and Makayla Donahue; Several nieces and nephews;

He was preceded in death by 2 sons: Randy Donahue and Shannon Terry Donahue; 2 brothers: Tyson Melton and Burris Donahue and 2 sisters: Imogene Knight and Lydia Ann Donahue.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. John Whitney officiating and burial in Cedar Cross Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home
