According to Commonwealth’s Attorney Karen M. Davis, a Barren County Grand Jury met on February 29, 2012, and the following actions were taken:

1)-   Jacob K. Bratcher, 19 of Cub Run, was indicted for ARSON, 1ST DEGREE; and WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE, 6 COUNTS based on testimony from Deputy Steve Runyon of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on January 7, 2012.
2)-  Joe David Furlong, 18 and  3)-   Dillon Furlong, 18 both of Glasgow, were indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE PRECURSOR, 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE  (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (HYDROCODONE); POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PRESCRIPTION NOT IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER, 1ST OFFENSE based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on December 31, 2011.  Joe David Furlong was also indicted for PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE due to his having a prior felony conviction.
4)- Paul Travis Buley, 26 of Cave City, was indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on December 1-2, 2011.  And in a separate incident,he was indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE PRECURSOR, 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A LEGEND DRUG; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on February 14, 2012.  Buley has a prior felony conviction.
6)-   Richard David Cross, Jr.,23 and  7)-   Jennifer Mae Calhoun, 35 both of Glasgow, were indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA  based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on January 14, 2012.  Cross was also indicted for PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE due to his having a prior felony conviction.
8)-  Cody Dane Brewington,24 of Glasgow, and  9)-  Chad D Brewington, 33, of Gamaliel, were indicted for COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE PRECURSOR, 1ST OFFENSE; and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on April 29, 2011.
10)-  Tammy Jo Miller, 41 of Smiths Grove, was indicted for COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1ST DEGREE;   and          11)- Anthony Boyd Vernon, DOB 06/18/1970, of Glasgow, was indicted for COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events between April 2011 and October 2011.  Miller has prior felony convictions.
12)- Dewight James Asher,36 of Smiths Grove, was indicted for COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1ST DEGREE; and        13)-   Matthew Thomas Brewster, DOB 12/26/1987, of Smiths Grove, was indicted for COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on November 9, 2011.  Asher has prior felony convictions.  And in a separate incident, 14)-  Matthew Thomas Brewster was indicted for COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on December 1, 2011.
15)-   Jerry Wayne Gass, 33 of Summer Shade, and  16)-   Ricky Allan Pennycuff, 50 of Glasgow, were indicted for COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on November 21, 2011.
17)-  William Charles Carter, 64 of Cave City, was indicted for ASSAULT, 2ND DEGREE; CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE; WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE; FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE, 1ST OFFENSE; and OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL WHICH IMPAIRS ONE’S DRIVING ABILITY, 2ND OFFENSE (AGGRAVATOR--REFUSAL) based on testimony from Sgt. Jeff Wright of the Cave City Police Department regarding events on July 3, 2011.
18)- Bobby Wayne Bullington, 26 of Glasgow, was indicted for ASSAULT, 2ND DEGREE; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1ST DEGREE based on testimony from Det. Jennifer Arbogast of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on January 18, 2012.  Bullington has prior felony convictions.
19)- Kenneth Arthur Smith,45 of Glasgow, was indicted for TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (OXYCODONE), MORE THAN 10 DOSAGE UNITS; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on October 14, 2011.
20)-  Bryant O’Neil Page, 40 of Glasgow, was indicted for FLAGRANT NONSUPPORT as he had failed to obey an earlier court order to pay child support and, since October 1, 2002, he was behind in the amount of $8,283.40 as of December 31, 2011, based on testimony from Amanda Medley, Barren County Child Support Case Worker. 
21)-   Martha Gibson, 51 of Park City, was indicted for THEFT BY DECEPTION, OVER $500 based on testimony from Special Agent Thomas Goldman of the Office of Inspector General regarding events between October 1, 2007 and December 31, 2010.
22)-   Tonya Gupton, 37 of Campbellsville, was indicted for THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, $500 OR MORE BUT LESS THAN $10,000; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from Sgt. Jessie Barton of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on November 18, 2011.  Gupton has a prior felony conviction.
23)-   Tammy Sue Garmon,49 of Glasgow, was indicted for CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A FORGED INSTRUMENT, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from Officer Justin Kirkpatrick of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on July 6, 2011.
24)-   Stephanie C. Kincaid,27 of Cave City, was indicted for WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (MORPHINE); POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (HYDROCODONE); POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and PUBLIC INTOXICATION based on testimony from Officer Mary Driver of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on November 18, 2011.
25)-   Jonathon Adam Wilson, 33 of Glasgow; and  26)-  Bradley Alco Myers, 28 of Smiths Grove, were indicted for POSSESSION OF A FIREARM BY A CONVICTED FELON; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on December 29, 2011. And 27)-   Jonathon Adam Wilson and 28)- Bradley Alco Myers were also indicted for RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $500 BUT LESS THAN $10,000; POSSESSION OF ANHYDROUS AMMONIA IN UNAPPROVED CONTAINER; RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, ANHYDROUS AMMONIA; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on December 29, 2011. Both Wilson and Myers have a prior felony conviction. 
29)- Mattie Vernon Tatham,68 of Glasgow, was indicted for TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (HYDROCODONE), 20 OR MORE DOSAGE UNITS; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (HYDROCODONE); POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE (CARISOPRODOL); POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE  (FENTANYL); POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PRESCRIPTION NOT IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER, 1ST OFFENSE; and POSSESSION OF A FIREARM BY A CONVICTED FELON based on testimony from Sgt. Michael Burton of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on August 17, 2011.
30)-  Thomas Earl Wood, 26 and 31)- Justin Daniel Wells,24 both of Cave City, were indicted for TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE), LESS THAN 4 GRAMS based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on November 30, 2011.
32)-   Shane Stuart Wheat, 20 of Glasgow, and  33)-   Jerri Lee Toney, 51 of Cave City, were indicted for TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE), LESS THAN 4 GRAMS based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on November 18, 2011.
34)- Terry Dawn Alexander, 41 of Glasgow, was indicted for TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE; THEFT OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE; and POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (HYDROCODONE) based on testimony from Officer James Roberts of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on August 17, 2011.
35)-   Ryan M. Shaw, 19 of Cave City, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE (TRAMADOL); and CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PRESCRIPTION NOT IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER, 1ST OFFENSE based on testimony from Sgt. Jeff Wright of the Cave City Police Department regarding events on November 10, 2011.
36)-  Pamela Ann Morris, 49 of Glasgow, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE WHICH IMPAIRS ONE’S DRIVING ABILITY, 2ND OFFENSE; and FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE, 1ST OFFENSE;   and      37)- Joseph John Puccio, 35 of Edmonton, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE (ON FOOT), 2ND DEGREE; and  RESISTING ARREST based on testimony from Officer Mary Driver of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on October 22, 2011.
38)- Robert Steven Reiss, 52 of Glasgow, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (HYDROCODONE); and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from Sgt. Michael Burton of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on October 12, 2011.
39)-  Donald Wayne Wright, 37 of Lucas, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on December 27, 2011.
40)- Barry Wayne Jones, 40 of Glasgow, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (COCAINE); and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from Sgt. Michael Burton of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on November 20, 2011.

   An indictment represents a criminal charge and a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
