Victor Manuel "Rocky" Soto III, 59 of New Orleans, Louisiana died Saturday, March 24, 2012 at his home.  He was born in New Orleans on August 23, 1952 the son of the late Anna Marie Clement Soto and Victor Manuel "Manny" Soto, Jr.

He is survived by his wife Kellye Nadile Soto formerly of Glasgow, their children, James Anna Marie Ellis Soto and Victor Manuel "Manny" Soto IV; his sister and brother-in-law - Vickie & Freddie Walters, brother and sister-in-law - Ryck and Erin Soto; nieces and nephews - Brent, Cheri, Kyle & Reed Lyons, Victoria Walters & Ryck Soto Jr. all of New Orleans; mother and father-in-law - Paula & Walter Haines, Albuquerque, NM; mother and father-in-law - Janice & Ronnie Nadile of Glasgow; brother-in-law - Griff Nadile and wife Jade of Glasgow and sister-in-law - Melanie Moore of Bowling Green.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his uncles Luis Soto, Henry Soto and Fernando Soto, his aunts Delia Soto Musacchia and Doris Curren Vallette.

The Funeral Mass service will be held at the Soto family home, 2031 Farragut Street, New Orleans, LA 70114 on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m.
