Dile, 19 and 2)- Jason Adam Smith, 26, both of Edmonton, were indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE PRECURSOR, 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR; and 3)- Ricky Lynn Morrow, 44, of Summer Shade, was indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE PRECURSOR, 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from Deputy Mark Jandt of the Metcalfe County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on January 27, 2012. 4)- Larry Mitchell Lawson, Jr., 33, of Bowling Green, was indicted for BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE; THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, $500 OR MORE BUT LESS THAN $10,000; THEFT OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE; FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE (ON FOOT), 2ND DEGREE; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from Chief Tony Harris of the Edmonton Police Department regarding events on February 20, 2012. Mitchell has prior felony convictions. 5)- Jaclyn Leann Bland, 32, of Campbellsville, was indicted for CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A FORGED INSTRUMENT, 1ST DEGREE; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from Deputy Allen Huffman of the Metcalfe County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on July 13, 2011. Bland has a prior felony conviction. 6)- Christopher Burton, 26, of Edmonton, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (MORPHINE); FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE (ON FOOT), 1ST DEGREE; TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE; TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA, LESS THAN EIGHT OUNCES; POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from Trooper Daniel Stephens of the Kentucky State Police regarding events on June 26, 2011. Burton has prior felony convictions. 7)- Kenneth E Shaw, 30, of Evarts, was indicted for FLAGRANT NONSUPPORT as he had failed to obey an earlier court order to pay child support and was behind in the amount of $4,533.40 as of January 31, 2012, based on testimony from Kelly Harbison, Metcalfe County Child Support Caseworker.
An indictment represents a criminal charge and a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
