Octava Lux Dailey , 81 , of  Wingfield,  KY passed away  Monday,  April 23, 2012  at her residence. She was born in  Cincinnatti, OH  to  the late  Frederick A. Lux and the late  Ella E. James Lux .  She was the wife of  the late  Jesse L. Dailey., an accountant with International Paper in  Cincinnatti, OH and a  member of Brownsville Missionary Baptist Church.

She  is survived by  two granddaughters, Karen Terry (Brad) of Horse Cave, KY and Sharon Bermeister (Joe) of Bowling Green, KY ;  five great grandchildren, Jessica Page (Andrew) , Sarah Dykstra, Josiah Bermeister, Autumn Bermeister and Emma Terry.  She was preceded in death by one son, William Brian Hammonds and one daughter, Barbara Dykstra.

Funeral services for Octava Lux Dailey will be held at 11am Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the Patton Funeral Home, Brownsville  Chapel with burial in the Oak Hill Cemetery.  Visitation from 5 to 8pm Wednesday and 9am to 11am Thursday.
