A Monroe County man has been charged with sodomy. 43-year-old James A. Dicken of Tompkinsville was arrested Sunday at 8:01 PM on Josh Butler Road in Monroe County.  Dicken has been charged with Sodomy 1st in reference to a complaint made earlier Sunday.  He was lodged in the Monroe County Jail.
