Ricky Wheeler, 54, of  Gamaliel, KY, passed away Wednesday May 2, 2012 due to a motor vehicle accident. Ricky was born October 6, 1957 in Indianapolis, In., a son of James and Barbara Witcher Wheeler, who survives.

Ricky was married to Teresa Howard Wheeler, who also survives. They have 2 children, a daughter, Kaitlin Nicole Wheeler, and a son, Ethan Richard Wheeler, both of Gamaliel, KY. Ricky is also survived by his brothers; Ronnie Wheeler of Lafayette, TN., and Donnie Wheeler of Gamaliel, KY., and a sister; Vicky Masters, of Lafayette, TN.

Ricky was employed at Akebono in Glasgow, KY. He attended Liberty United General Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 6, at 2:00 P.M. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY. Visitation begins Saturday, May 5, at 1 P.M. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home. Bro. Ronnie Wheeler and Bro. Jeremy Yokley will be officiating. Burial will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery
