Geneva Pauline Neville Stice of Cave City went to her heavenly home on May 04, 2012 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital, Glasgow. She was the daughter of the late Jimmy and Lidia Doyle Neville and the widow of Rev. Lenard Stice..
She attended Little Hope School and was a faithful member of Little Hope Baptist Church since October 16, 1935. She graduated from Bowling Green Business College and then moved to Texas to do secretarial work.
She met and married her true love Lenard Stice on December 23, 1945. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed by all.
Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Cooper (Jewel), Pat Minor, Lydia Carey (Bobby); two sons, Barry Stice (Karen), Shane Stice (Terri); sixteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 56 years; her sisters, Lucille Neville, Clara Self and Mae Woodward; her brothers, Leo Neville, Earl Neville, Leon Neville, Cleo Neville and a son-in-law, Wesley Minor.
Funeral services with Rev. Shane Stice and Rev. Michael Woodson officiating will be at 11 AM Tuesday at Little Hope Baptist Church with burial in the Cave City Cemetery. Visitation at the Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City, will be Sunday from 4 to 8 PM, Monday from 9 AM to 8 PM and at the church from 9 AM Tuesday until time of services.
