Gladys Mildred Brooks age 93 of Horse Cave passed away at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday May 9, 2012 at the Glasgow Health and Rehab. Center. She was a native of Hart County, and worked for many years as a nurses aide at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital and the Caverna Memorial Hospital. She was a longtime member of the Lonoke Baptist Church. She loved Gardening, Flowers and needlework. She was preceded in death by her parents, John McKendrick Quesenberry & Lucye Frances Bartley Quesenberry, a son Paul H. Brooks , a brother, Chester Quesenberry and a sister Virginia Cox.

She is survived by one sister, Roxie Hatler of Bowling Green,2 Grandchildren, John Anderson & his wife Sharon of Columbus,GA.,and Bridgette Cutshall & her husband Carl of Acruth GA. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

A Private Family Burial will be held at the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery under direction of Winn Funeral Home Horse Cave.
