Phyllis Woosley Renfro, 69, of Chalybeate passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012 in Bowling Green. She was a retired sales clerk and member of Beaver Dam United Baptist Church.

The Edmonson County native  was the daughter of the late Champ Woosley and the late Christine Coleman Woosley.

She is survived by  her husband Leland Renfro; two daughters Kathy Renfro and Annette Huggins (Ted) all of Chalybeate, KY; two sisters: Shirley Wells (Charles), Rhoda, KY and Lahoma Shumaker (Ernie), Lewis, IN; two grandchildren: Josh Long, Glasgow, KY and Matthew Long of Bowling Green.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, David Kenton Woosley.

Bro. Eldridge Renfro and Bro. Ronald Renfro will officiate. Burial in the Beaver Dam Church Cemetery.

Memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
