Two area women were involved in a two-vehicle wreck on Sunday.

Just before 1 o’clock Sunday afternoon, Glasgow Police Officer Casey Meek responded to an accident at the intersection of North Jackson Highway and Veterans Outer Loop. The driver of one of the vehicles, 29-year-old Wendy White of Glasgow, stated she was traveling west on Veterans Outer Loop when another vehicle, being driven by 64-year-old Patricia Miller of Munfordville, started to turn North on North Jackson. Miller hesitated, then continued making the left turn, causing White’s vehicle to collide with Miller’s. Miller stated she had the yellow flashing arrow to turn and thought she had enough clearance to make the turn, which was the cause of her hesitation.

Patricia Miller was transported to T.J. Samson Hospital for treatment of injuries by Barren-Metcalfe EMS.
