A Hart County man was arrested on felony charges this (Monday) morning.

Just after 10:30 Sunday night, Kentucky State Police Post 3 was contacted regarding an alleged rape complaint in Hart County.

This (Monday) morning, at 6:30am, KSP officer arrested 40-year-old Michael Manzo, of Munfordville. Preliminary investigation states that on Sunday, Manzo allegedly raped the victim while holding a firearm them. He then restrained the victim by physical force and through the use of a firearm.

Michael Manzo was arrested on the charges of sodomy-1^st degree, rape-1^st degree domestic violence, unlawful imprisionment-1^st degree, wanton endangerment-1^st degree, and assault-2^nd degree domestic violence. Manzo is lodged in the Hart County Jail.

The investigation, led by KSP Detective Erik Salman, is still ongoing. Trooper Joel Huff assisted at the scene.
