Carolyn Sue Page Campbell age 73 of Tompkinsville died Monday, May 21, 2012 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.

She is survived by one daughter Susan Campbell of Lexington and a brother Frank Page of Laurel, Maryland.

Funeral services for Carolyn Sue Page Campbell will be held at 3pm Wednesday at the Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Monroe County.

Memorials are suggested to the Pleasant Hill Cemetery or the 4 H Scholarship Fund.
