A man was arrested Friday for cultivating marijuana in Cub Run.

On Friday, the Hart County Sheriff’s Department and the Greater Hardin County Drug Task Force responded to a complaint on Brigg Webb Road in Cub Run. During the investigation, 45 marijuana plants were seized.

40-year-old Daniel D. Taylor, of Cub Run, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in marijuana over eight ounces, and cultivating marijuana over five plants enhanced. His charges were enhanced due to the presence of a firearm. Taylor was lodged in the Hart County Jail.
