Ruth Allen Altman age 88 of Horse Cave passed away 2:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at T.J. Samson Community Hosptial in Glasgow.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Altman, Edna Mouser Jones and her brother Emory (Jeep) Altman.

She was a graduate of Hiseville High School where she was valdictorian of her class. She also graduated from Bowling Green Business School. Miss Altman was a retired C.I.A. Agent in Washington, D.C. and was a member of the Horse Cave Christian Church.

Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2012 in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.

Visitation 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2012 in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home.
