STATE POLICE STILL LOOKING FOR INMATE THAT WALKED AWAY FROM MARION COUNTY JAIL PDF Print E-mail

The Kentucky State Police are attempting to locate a Middlesboro, KY man that walked away from the Marion Adjustment Center on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 1:29 AM EDT.

33-year-old George Wesley Upton was serving a 10 year sentence for Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree on a Police Officer and Fleeing and Evading 1st Degree.  Upton is a 5'11", 173 pound, white male with brown hair and blue eyes.  He has tattoos on his back, chest, neck and both arms.

Upton may be operating a 1993 GMC Sierra pickup, blue and silver in color, KY registration number 419-GAE, which was reported stolen from 100 Countryside Estates in Lebanon on Wednesday, May 30.
