Daniel Lee Spitale, 63, Lexington, died Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at VA Medical Center in Lexington.  A native of Chicago, he was a son of the late Samuel and Leola G. Bryant Spitale.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be after 9:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
