Oral Lanes Summers age 64 of Tompkinsville died Monday, July 2, 2012 at The Palace and Rehab in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee.

He is survived by one daughter Annette Summers of San Antonia, Texas; four brothers Jessie Dewayne  Summers of Fishers, Indiana, Denver, Dennis and Larry Summers all of Tompkinsville; one sister Naomi Summers of Tompkinsville and three grandchildren.

Funeral services for Oral Lanes Summers will be held at 2pm Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at the Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial in the Beautiful Home Cemetery.  Visitation after 3pm Tuesday. Memorials are suggested to the Beautiful Home Cemetery.
