Dennis Ray Adkins, 58 of Glasgow, KY passed away on July 7, 2012.

He was the son of the late Weldon Adkins & Amsel Prosser. Dennis was a talented singer, songwriter, & musician of country music. He was also an avid outdoorsman and family man.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Adkins of Glasgow, KY; son, Eric Roy Adkins of Nashville, TN; two daughters: Amy Lynn Adkins & Jamie Elizabeth Adkins both of Bowling Green, KY; four grandkids, Dora Cox, Skylar Cullom, Amellia Adkins, & Stone Adkins; brother: Bob Adkins of Las Vegas, NV; sister: Teresa Wilkerson of Bloomfield, IN; several nieces, nephews, & cousins; and a very special dog Snow.

Services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are entrusted to J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapels.
