Jowana “Jo Jo” Jaggers Strickland, 51, of Louisville died at 9:24 AM July 7, 2012 at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville.

The Warren County native was a retired plant operator for the Jefferson County Board of Education. She was a daughter of the late Hoy Jaggers and Elene Vincent Wood of Mammoth Cave, who survives. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Holloway.

Funeral will be at 2:00 PM Monday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial in Dit Vincent Cemetery. Visitation will begin at Noon Monday at the funeral home.

Also surviving are two daughters, Kelly Greene and Tori Strickland both of Louisville; three sisters, Gayle Seay, Artellia Allen and Ronda Welsh all of Louisville; her step father, Renick Wood of Mammoth Cave; two grandchildren, Tyler Greene and Kayley Greene.
