John Allen Logsdon, 54 of Eastview passed away at 10:57pm EDT Friday, August 3 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital.  John was a farmer and a welder.  He loved fishing and working on his farm.

John was a member of the White Mills Baptist Church where he enjoyed delivering meals to the elderly as part of their food ministry.

He is survived by:

Daughter-Erin Michelle Helm & hus. Phillip of Elizabethtown

2 step-grandchildren-Dakota & Lilly Helm

John was preceded in death his father-Joe Donald Logsdon, a son-Jody Logsdon and a brother-David Earl Logsdon

Funeral services for John Allen Logsdon will be 1pm CDT Monday, August 6 in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with burial in the Memory Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday from 5-9pm CDT and after 8am Monday at the Sego Funeral Home.  The family request in leiu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
