Kevin Childress, 56 of Cub Run passed away Thursday at his home. He was a farmer, machine operator with the Kentucky State Highway Department and a member of the Hill Grove Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife: Donna Logsdon Childress; three sons: Kevin Travis Childress and wife Rae of Mammoth Cave, Jarrid Shane Childress and wife Sarah of Brownsville and James Kyle Childress of Cub Run; one daughter: Lauren Machelle Carter and husband Brad of Nova, Ohio; three sisters: Machelle Holloway of Cave City, Debbie Lynn Hawkins of Munfordville and Shannon Lynette Childress of Georgetown; six grandchildren: Preston, Greyson, Braxton, Ellie Grace, and Addison Lynn Childress and Audrey Lane Carter.

Funeral services for Kevin Childress will be at 2PM Saturday at the Hill Grove Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 11AM to 9PM Friday at the Sego Funeral Home and after 10AM Saturday at the Hill Grove Baptist.
