Maurice Bowman, 86, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Monday, August 27th, at The Palace, Red Boiling Springs, TN. Maurice was born in Tompkinsville, KY on October 13, 1925, a son of the late Mary Lizzie (Bybee) and Jesse Bowman. Maurice served in the in WW II and was of the Baptist Faith. He worked as a electrician.
Maurice is also survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Montell, of Tompkinsville, KY; Betty Jane Emberton, of Louisville, KY. And one brother, Willie Bowman, of Tompkinsville, KY;

Maurice was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul Bowman and and Lovell Bowman and by two sisters, Naomi Miller and Leoda Edwadene Bowman.

Funeral services will be conducted at Yokley Trible Funeral Home, Tompkinsville, KY, at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 30th, with Taylor Wilson officiating. Visitation begins Wednesday, August 29 after 6:00 P.M. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home .
