An awesome performance by the Scottie boy's golf team in capturing the 2012 Scottie Invitational Golf Tournament at the Glasgow Golf and Country Club yesterday!  They shot a great round of 305 to win by 2 strokes over Allen Co-Scottsville and 15 other teams.  Senior Steely Harris led the way with an even par 71 to tie for 2nd individually one shot behind Alex Durham's 70 of Adair Co the tournament medalist.  Chase Landrum tied for 4th with a one over 72, Michael Harris 80, Dalton Fant 82, Thomas Kingery 87, Bryce Logsdon 91, Foster Vann and Dylan Lane 95's, Cody Jones 99, Trey Doty 114, Cole Swafford 125, Jansen Dakin 147, Gabe Wallace 148 and Payne Flatt 149.  Barren Co 332   Matt Turner 74, Nathan Layton 84, Alex Morgerson 85, Mark Shipley 89, Garrett Wyatt 92

The Scotties finish the regular season this week at Monroe Co tomorrow, Senior Day on Tuesday at home against Cumberland Co and a jv match Wednesday at home against Barren Co leading up to the Region 3 tournament a week from Tuesday the 25th at the Hidden Hills Country Club in Tompkinsville.
