RECKLESS DRIVING LEADS TO WARREN COUNTY DRUG ARREST PDF Print

On Sunday, Warren County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a complaint of a reckless driver. The deputies made contact with the vehicle in the 4000 Block Glen Lily road. Anthony Upton attempted to run the deputies off the roadway. Upton drove into the safety checkpoint where other deputies were and surrendered without further incident. Through investigation, it was determined that Upton was under the influence of alcohol and methamphetamine.

Anthony Upton is charged with Reckless Driving, Driving DUI Suspended License First Offense, Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol Second Offense, 2 counts of Wanted Endangerment-First Degree, and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.

He was taken to the Warren County Regional Jail.
