State police are awaiting the autopsy results on the body of a man who had been missing for a week and then  found in a pond near Larue County Middle and High School.

Authorities have identified the body as that of 47-year-old James Martin of Hodgenville who was reported missing on September, 22. Kentucky State Police Trooper Norman Chaffins says there were no obvious signs of foul play and that they are waiting for the autopsy report.

The body was identified by family members at the state medical examiners office in Louisville.
