On Wednesday, October 17th, at around 8:15 pm, Glasgow Police Department pulled over a car that had 20-year-old Sabatino Basil of Glasgow in the passenger seat for the side tail lamp not functioning. Upon stopping the vehicle, Basil was asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle. Basil stated that there was a small amount of marijuana in the trunk. Basil is charged with possession of marijuana and has a court date of  October 26th 2012.
