GAS DRIVE-OFF RESULTS IN DRUG ARREST PDF Print

On Friday, October 19th, at about 8:45 pm, Glasgow Police responded to 119 Robinson Court in reference to a gas drive off at travelers on North Race Street. Upon contact with 24-year-old Eric James of Horse Cave, it was learned via dispatch that he had an active warrant. While he was emptying his pockets, he tried to hand drugs to his girlfriend. Rolling papers were found inside the vehicle upon consent from the girlfriend to search the vehicle. James was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of  drug paraphernalia.
