The Department of Highways District 3 office advises motorists traveling northbound on Interstate 65 to be aware of a lane closure today from 8:30 am until 2:30 pm between mile markers 42 and 43.

Crews will be inspecting the Louie B. Nunn/Cumberland Parkway overpass at mile marker 43. This work will impact northbound I-65 traffic only. Two lanes of traffic will be open during this time.

Motorists are advised to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling through this work zone.
