This Sunday it’s the all important kickoff for the 2013 relay for life.  The event is Sunday afternoon from 3 until 5 pm at Glasgow Middle School.  Publicity Chairman Dana Alfano D’etorre says this year’s kickoff will take a Halloween theme to provide a fun atmosphere
