The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating a Human Trafficking case.

On Wednesday, October 17, 2012, the Bowling Green Police Department was notified, by a juvenile’s mother, of a potential sex crime.  The mother told police her 13 year old daughter admitted to having sex with an adult two weeks ago.

During the investigation, it was discovered Rose Marie Woolbright received money from Pedro Lopez Diaz in exchange for sex with the juvenile while Woolbright also admitted to participating in a sex act with Diaz and the juvenile.  Woolbright told detectives she also allowed Chad Simmons to perform oral sex on the juvenile.  The 13 year old is a relative of Ms. Woolbright and was in her care when the alleged actions occurred.

• Sodomy 2nd Degree

• Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 1st Degree

• Sodomy 2nd Degree (2 counts)

• Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 1st Degree (2 counts)
