The Glasgow Scottie Band has claimed the State Championship Trophy in Class AA. The KMEA State Semi’s and Finals were held yesterday.  The day began with the Scottie Band Marching in the Semi’s at Greenwood High School, and after competing against 15 other bands, then they were named one of four finalists in class AA, and advanced to the finals at L.T. Smith Stadium Saturday night.  And the Scotties then performed to perfection and claimed the State AA Championship!  Congratulations to Director Corey Bonds, his staff and the fan support of friends and family, and of course to the State Champions Glasgow Scottie Band!

For the first time in school history, The Hart County Marching Band made it to the state finals.  They came in 4th place after competing on the field at L.T. Smith Stadium on Saturday night.  Congratulations to the Marching Raiders on the historic performance this past weekend
