On Sunday night at approximately 8:30 P.M. , a 2001 white Ford Mustang was located partially in the roadway on Old Dixie Hwy behind Dart Container.  The vehicle was not occupied, but Michael Tobin (age 50) was located near the scene and arrested.  He was charged with DUI 2nd, operating on a suspended license, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Mr. Tobin was lodged in the Hart County Jail.  Trooper Randy Chambers and Horse Cave Police Officer Chuck Webb assisted at the scene.
