AUBURN MAN ARRESTED FOR METH PDF Print

Kentucky State Police initiated a traffic stop on Plano Road in Warren County on Friday night.  The driver Timothy Montgomery (30) of Auburn, Kentucky was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspend License.  While searching in Mr. Montgomery’s vehicle 19 grams of Methamphetamine was located under the seat where his two year old daughter was sitting.

Montgomery was charged with:

  1. Improper Equipment
  2. Rim or Frame Obscuring Lettering or Decal on Plate
  3. Careless Driving
  4. Display or Possession of Cancelled or Fictitious License
  5. Failure to Surrender Revoked Operators License
  6. Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended License
  7. Traffic in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd or more Offense (<2oz Methamphetamine)
  8. Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Posses
  9. Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree

He was lodged in the Warren County Jail

The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Trooper Shea Foley.
