DRIVING WITH NO HEADLIGHTS LED TO MULTIPLE CHARGES AGAINST BURKESVILLE MAN PDF Print

Monday morning a Burkesville man driving erratically down West Main Street in Glasgow was arrested on multiple charges.

Police observed 43 year old Charles D. Anderson driving down West Main with no headlights on.  They attempted to stop him, but he continued in the turn lane ¼ mile until a second police unit pulled in front of him.

Police saw two baggies of marijuana inside his car.  It was discovered that Anderson was driving on a suspended license for another DUI and this made his 3rd DUI in less than 5 year.

He was additionally charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy and possess and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in the vehicle.

Police lodged Anderson in the Barren County Jail.
