City of Glasgow is holding an informational public meeting about the Stormwater Management Plan for the City. Everyone is encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held Monday, November 19th at the South Central Cultural Center at 6:00 pm.   Here’s Executive Vice President of the Glasgow/Barren County Chamber Of Commerce, Ernie Myers to explain the importance of this meeting:
