On Tuesday, November 20th at 7:53 pm, Glasgow Police Sergeant Burton received a call from Rite-Aid regarding a shoplifter. Upon observing the vehicle, Burton spoke to 27-year-old Alicia Trusty of Glasgow. Upon a search of the female's purse, two pills were counted. Poison Control advised the pills were hydrocodon and oxycotton. Trusty was charged with Possession of a controlled substance and 3rd degree, then she was arrested, and transported to the Barren County Jail.
