Emma Jean Martin Minor, age 84 of Cave City, died Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Hart County to the late Noah Lee and Lillian Sturgeon Martin and was married to the late Russell Minor.

She was a factory worker for Mammoth Cave Garment Co. and Kentucky Pants and a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Faye Davidson of Glasgow and Loretta Sturgeon (Samuel) of Park City; four grandchildren, Sammy Sturgeon (Kelly) of Park City, Sarah Wilson of Cave City, Shane Davidson (Cheryl) of Cave City and Tracey Kinslow of Glasgow; seven great grandchildren, Brett, Dakota, Harley and Chesny Davidson, Tyler Sturgeon, Kyle Nickson and Caleb Wilson.

Funeral services for Emma Jean Martin Minor will be at 2PM Saturday, December 01, 2012 in the Patton Funeral Home, Park City Chapel with burial in the Cave City Cemetery. Services will be officiated by Bro. Billy Vincent. Visitation will be from 3PM to 8PM Friday, November 30, 2012 and after 9AM Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the funeral home.
