Glasgow Police responded to Shell Mart on 31E South, Saturday night, December 1, 2012 in reference to a robbery that had been reported by an employee on duty.

Through evidence gathered at the scene and diligent investigation by Sgt. Arbogast, a suspect developed, which led to the questioning of 27 year old Joshua S. Gonzalez, aka, Shane Gonzalez of Austin.

During the questioning phase of the investigation, Gonzalez confessed to the crime and was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center on this date, December 6th, on charges of Tampering With Physical Evidence and Robbery 2nd.
