Congratulations to the WKU-Glasgow 2012 December graduates who were honored with a special ceremony known as a Graduand last night at the plaza.  The students were encouraged by remarks from Dr. Sally Ray, director of WKU-Glasgow as well as Dr. Julia Roberts; Dr. Dennis George,  Dr. Gordon Emslie, and Dr. Donald Smith,  Awards were handed out to James Estes of Glasgow who earned the scholarship award and will graduate  with a 3.95 gpa.  The Leadership award went to Roy Ratliff from Red Boiling Springs, Tn., and the Juanita Bayless award was given to Shelley York of Albany.  As a special treat the Glasgow City Tartan Stole was unveiled last night.  Each graduate from WKU-Glasgow was presented a stole to wear around their neck signifying their completion of studies at WKU-G
