Ottis Likens 72 of Glasgow died Friday December 21, 2012 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. The Barren County native was the son of the late Isaac and Maggie Taylor Likens. He was a self-employed T.V. repairman and was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife Charlotte Kirkwood Likens; 5 children Harriett Gulley (Jessie), Rosie Ragle (Jerry), Ottis Likens II (May), Timmy Likens (Donna) and Debbie Ballard all of Glasgow; 2 sisters Sue York (Alvis) and Evelyn Decker both of Glasgow; 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son Michael Likens, 4 brothers Albert, Lenville, Ernest and Herbert Likens and 3 sisters Stella Hiser, Rosa Dewbrew and Lucille McKenzie.

Funeral services will be 1:30pm Monday, December 24th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11am Sunday.
