WALMART SHOPLIFTER IN POSSESSION OF DRUGS PDF Print

On Friday, January 4th at about 2:27 pm, Glasgow Police were dispatched to Wal Mart in reference to a shoplifter. 44-year-old Donna Winchester of Glasgow concealed numerous items in her purse, consisting of razors and other merchandise. Winchester went through self-checkout, however did not scan all items in cart. Winchester stated stolen merchandise was in purse and gave verbal consent to search purse. While doing so, police located 10 blue pills and 10 peach pills, as well as 2 suboxole slips (?). Subject denied the pills were hers, however they were located in her wallet as well as her Drivers License, Social Security card, and other identifiers. Winchester was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Possession of controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense, twice, and possession of controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense. Winchester was arrested and transported to the Barren County Jail.
